Updated October 2026
This site should be readable by everyone, and so should the request form. Below is what we aim for, the gaps we already know about, and the ways to reach us when something blocks you.
Our aim
We aim for the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, at level AA. That is an aim rather than a promise, and we do not claim a formal audit.
What we do
We write headings in order, give images a plain description, use clear link text and design pages so they can be used with a keyboard. We try to keep text readable at larger sizes and with good contrast.
Known limits
Some parts of the site may still fall short, such as an embedded form behaving differently with some assistive tools. Pages we link to on other sites are outside our control.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this site is hard to use, tell us through the contact page or by calling (626) 435-8606. Say which page it was and what happened, and we will try to fix it or offer another way.
Another way to reach us
You do not have to use the form. Call (626) 435-8606 and tell us about the roof, and we will take the request that way.
